Welcome to LeLei Develop LLC ("LeLei Develop," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or using any software, applications, or platforms developed by LeLei Develop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Company Information

LeLei Develop LLC provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development

• AI Employees & Business Automation

• Mobile Application Development

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Digital Marketing

• Social Media Marketing

• Streaming TV & Digital Radio Advertising

• CRM Implementation

• Branding & Logo Design

• Custom Software Development

• AI Products including LifeAtlas AI and related platforms

2. Quotes & Agreements

All estimates and proposals are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.

Projects begin only after:

• Required agreements are signed

• Initial payment has been received

• Required project information has been supplied by the client

3. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance.

• Payments not received within fifteen (15) days may result in suspension of services.

• Services may be terminated for unpaid balances exceeding thirty (30) days.

LeLei Develop reserves the right to charge reasonable late fees where permitted by law.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our work:

• Website development fees are non-refundable after design or development has started.

• Marketing setup fees are non-refundable.

• AI automation setup fees are non-refundable.

• Subscription services may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

• Completed digital work cannot be refunded once delivered.

If LeLei Develop cannot complete a project due to our own inability, any unused prepaid funds may be refunded at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information.

• Supply requested content, images, and branding materials.

• Obtain legal rights to all uploaded content.

• Respond to approval requests in a timely manner.

Project delays caused by missing client information do not constitute grounds for refunds.

6. Website Development

Unless otherwise agreed:

• The client owns the completed website after full payment.

• LeLei Develop retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, software libraries, templates, automation systems, AI tools, and reusable code.

• We reserve the right to display completed projects within our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement exists.

7. AI Services

Our AI Employees, chatbots, automation systems, and AI-powered software generate responses using artificial intelligence.

The client understands that:

• AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies.

• Human review is recommended for legal, financial, tax, or medical matters.

• LeLei Develop is not responsible for business decisions made solely from AI-generated information.

8. Marketing Services

Marketing performance depends on numerous factors outside our control including:

• Competition

• Market conditions

• Advertising platforms

• Customer demand

• Search engine algorithms

LeLei Develop does not guarantee:

• First-page Google rankings

• Specific revenue

• Number of leads

• Advertising approval

• Social media growth

• Search engine placement

We guarantee professional implementation—not specific business outcomes.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may integrate third-party services including but not limited to:

• Google

• Meta

• Microsoft

• OpenAI

• Twilio

• Stripe

• Payment processors

• Hosting providers

• HighLevel

• PayPal

• Base44

• AudioGo

• Universal 

LeLei Develop is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, API limitations, policy updates, or service interruptions caused by third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, graphics, software, source code, documentation, AI systems, workflows, and proprietary technologies developed by LeLei Develop remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not:

• Copy proprietary software

• Reverse engineer our systems

• Resell our platforms without authorization

• Remove copyright notices

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.

Confidential information includes:

• Business strategies

• Login credentials

• Customer information

• Marketing plans

• Proprietary software

• Financial information

12. Acceptable Use

Users may not use our services to:

• Violate laws

• Send spam

• Distribute malware

• Infringe copyrights

• Engage in fraud

• Promote illegal activity

• Abuse AI systems

Violation may result in immediate suspension.

13. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily interrupt services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeLei Develop shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits

• Lost revenue

• Business interruption

• Data loss

• Indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Punitive damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LeLei Develop from claims arising out of:

• Client-provided content

• Copyright infringement

• Trademark violations

• Illegal business activities

• Misuse of our software or services

16. Cancellation

Either party may terminate recurring services with thirty (30) days' written notice.

Outstanding balances remain payable upon cancellation.

17. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to our collection and processing of information necessary to provide our services.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Changes to These Terms

LeLei Develop may update these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
